YOUR ROLE

 

• As an AI Engineer, your role will be centered on designing and building the next generation of agentic AI systems for leading enterprise customers, with a strong focus on telecommunications.
• You'll architect autonomous and semi-autonomous agents that reason, plan, and act across complex enterprise environments — leveraging Model Context Protocol (MCP) to connect agents with tools, data sources, and enterprise systems.
• Develop multi-agent workflows, tool-calling pipelines, and retrieval-augmented architectures using state-of-the-art Generative AI models.
• Deploy and scale these solutions on Google Cloud Platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver AI products that move from prototype to production.

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

• Hands-on experience building Agentic GenAI systems — multi-step reasoning agents, tool use, planner-executor patterns, and multi-agent orchestration using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Google ADK, or similar
• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) — building MCP servers and/or integrating MCP clients to connect agents with tools, data, and enterprise systems
• Strong GenAI expertise: prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector stores, model evaluation, and production deployment of LLM-based applications
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks
• Solid AI foundations: machine learning concepts, model evaluation, and understanding of LLM behavior and limitations
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Vertex AI, Gemini models, and related AI/data services
• 3+ years of experience in AI development, with a focus on Generative AI
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Apache Kafka or other event-streaming platforms for real-time, event-driven agent architectures
  • Experience with distributed processing platforms such as Apache Spark, Databricks, Google Cloud Dataproc, AWS EMR, or Azure Synapse for large-scale data and ML workloads
  • Domain experience in the Telecommunications industry
  • Hands-on experience consuming and integrating REST APIs in production systems
  • Proficiency in SQL and working with data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery)
  • Familiarity with agent evaluation frameworks and observability tooling (LangSmith, Langfuse, etc.)
  • Fluency in Portuguese
