YOUR ROLE
Within the Indirect Procurement and Port Equipment Department, you are responsible for the implementation, monitoring, and review of various cross-functional and operational projects (CAPEX and OPEX).
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Your main responsabilities:
- Support in the launch and management of tenders (Terminal equipment CAPEX/OPEX and equipment transport activities)
- Driving procurement performance:
- contract and purchase order follow-up (CAPEX/OPEX)
- maintenance of the pricing database
- support in supplier qualification
- monitoring of project KPIs
Your cross-functional responsibilities:
- Support in supplier performance evaluation and preparation of Business Reviews
- Contribution to monthly reporting and various cross-functional tasks within the department
- Support in communication with internal stakeholders/terminals (knowledge hub, terminal business reviews, etc.)
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree (M1 or M2), specializing in Procurement or from a scientific background (or equivalent)
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
- You are proficient in standard office tools (Microsoft Office Suite), particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- You have a strong interest in data analysis and you are results-oriented
- You are dynamic, detail-oriented, and proactive
- You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team environment
- You are autonomous and adaptable
