Mission:
As an HR Business Partner, you work closely with managers and employees, supporting them in daily HR topics and helping to create a positive and well-functioning workplace. You ensure HR processes run smoothly and provide practical guidance on people-related matters.
Your key responsabilities:

Responsible for recruiting new employees and supporting them throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding (excluding payroll) in the assigned departments

Co-responsibility for personnel administration including the preparation of correspondence, contracts, letters of reference as well as illness and accident reports etc.

Advise candidates, employees, and managers on a wide range of HR-related topics

Ensure the smooth execution of HR processes

Support the development of employees’ skills and competencies

Assistance in the ongoing optimization of operative HR processes
** Your profile:**

Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification

Further education in Human Resources, preferably Swiss Federal Diploma HR Specialist

Experienced in Business Partnering or several years of experience as HR Generalist

Strong sense of quality and a customer-focused, collaborative mindset

Fluent in English and in either French or German
