We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially driven Sales Intelligence Manager to lead our Sales Intelligence Team. This is a pivotal strategic role, responsible for transforming sales and sell-out data into actionable commercial insights that support business growth, commercial execution and strategic decision-making.

The role sits at the intersection of data analytics, commercial strategy and operational execution, ensuring that sales decisions are grounded in accurate, timely and forward-looking insights. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, D&T teams and external partners, while leading the development of scalable analytics frameworks, digital enablement and a high-performing, data-driven culture across the commercial organization.

Responsibilities
-
Lead the delivery of sales intelligence insights, dashboards and analytics that support commercial priorities and strategic business decisions.

Turn complex data into clear, executive-ready insights for sales and go-to-market decisions.

Drive improvement initiatives that strengthen sales planning, field force effectiveness, and execution quality.

Review the impact of key sales and marketing actions and feed learnings into future commercial plans.

Define, analyze and oversee sales performance KPIs and scorecards, assessing sales force effectiveness and execution quality.

Provide analytical insight and governance to target setting, performance monitoring, and incentive scheme design, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities and performance drivers, in collaboration with Sales leadership.

Own the end-to-end sell-out analytics process, from raw distributor data to validated insights and executive decision support.

Integrate sell-out, sell-in and execution KPIs into a unified market view, ensuring insights are timely, trusted and translated into action.

Drive the evolution of sales intelligence tools, such as Power BI, in partnership with BI and D&T teams, supporting automation, standardization and continuous improvement.

Act as the bridge between business and data teams, ensuring data quality, KPI alignment, governance standards and tool priorities.

Lead, coach and develop the Sales Intelligence team, building a high-performing, collaborative and data-driven team culture.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Computing, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics or another numeracy-related field. A Master’s degree will be considered an asset.

5+ years of working experience in similar roles, ideally within Sales Intelligence, Commercial Analytics, Business Intelligence, Performance Analytics or a related field.

Experience in FMCG or the beverages industry will be considered an asset.

Solid knowledge of statistical tools/methods and strong experience in data analytics.

Ability to process large volumes of data and extract meaningful insights, including correlations, statistical differences, extrapolations and estimations.

Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, Power BI and Nielsen or similar tools.

Experience with SAP, CRM or similar commercial/data platforms will be considered an asset.

Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving skills and results orientation.

Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.

Previous team management experience and ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams.

Excellent command of English and Greek, both written and oral.
