Job purpose
At Bridgestone South Europe level the Pricing Specialist will support pricing strategy in South Europe Region, according to marketing policy and European guidelines. He/She will:

support net sales and units target achievements through proper discount and rebate scheme by customers/channel; manage sales conditions operations accordingly

analyze competitive scenario

support tactical pricing actions and campaigns creation

support net sales budget preparation and monitor gap variances
-
provide value chain analysis, price elasticity and price corridor analysis
-
optimize current tools and provides innovate point of view, in order to enhance decision taking

Requirements

Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Finance, Marketing

Analytical and mathematical mindset is a must

Communication and presentation skills is a must

Business acumen is key

IT literacy:

Excel & Powerpoint proven advanced level

BI knowledge is a plus but not mandatory

Languages:
-
English proficiency is mandatory

Italian native is mandatory

Tire market knowledge is a plus but not mandatory
Experience
About 3 years of overall experience with 1 years experience in Pricing roles preferred.
Experience in multinational or structured organization and matrix environment from Automotive, Spare Parts, Consumer Goods, Consumer Electronics as preference.
