Venture Builder (m/f/d)

We need an operator who gets their hands dirty, builds processes, and enables us to scale. Strategy and C-Level touchpoints are the by-product of your work. This is a senior role.

In two years, we've become Germany's third-largest property manager with less than 25 full-time members at HQ. We build property management software. We acquire property management companies across Germany and plug our software in to increase revenue and profit. 70,000+ units, 12 locations, 25+ acquired companies. .

We're recruiting a final senior operator for our five-person core ops team who gets their hands dirty, builds processes, and enables us to scale. We are looking for someone with the grit to build a €100M vertical from scratch.

• Integrate portfolio companies. Spend real time with Managing Directors in cities like Duisburg, Düren, or Iffeldorf. Move them onto Buena's platform. Professionalize their processes.

• Scale margins while growing revenue. Take a company from 5% margin to 35%. You own the numbers.

• Create the playbook. Build a repeatable integration process so scalable that eventually interns can run it. Then move on to harder problems.

• Recruit and motivate. Directly lead hiring at portfolio companies. Build the teams that make it work.

• Native-level German (C2).

• Based in Berlin. Strong desire to work in-person at the office.

• Proven track record of designing and implementing systems: people, processes, or both.

• High intellectual ability and strong interpersonal skills.

• Extreme ambition to build a category-defining company.
