As a Sales & Marketing Trainee, you will work closely with both the commercial and operations teams to support lead generation, campaign execution, and customer engagement initiatives. This is a hands-on internship designed to give you broad exposure across the full revenue cycle — from top-of-funnel awareness to closing and retention.
You will be mentored by experienced professionals, participate in real projects from day one, and have the opportunity to make a measurable impact on the business.
Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in prospecting, outreach, and qualification of new leads

Assist on market studies development and interpretation

Participate in weekly Sales and Marketing team meetings

Market Event tracking and management

Assist in managing social media channels

Prepare presentations, proposals, and supporting materials for client meetings

Update and maintain the CRM system (pipeline, contacts, activity logs)

Research target accounts and market segments to support prospecting efforts

Presales activities: scheduling of meetings, creation of meeting minutes, reading and summarizing tenders (RFI, RFQ RFP), input collection from the different areas and final offer preparation

Digitalization of offers and new sales initiatives

Archive folder management

Contribute ideas to improve workflows and communication between teams
This is an opportunity for an extracurricular internship with 12 months' duration.
