We are seeking an experienced and versatile Project Management professional to support our Project Leads and programs by acting as a trusted right hand to Project Managers. In this role, you will contribute tangible impact and value add by ensuring strong administrative and organizational support, maintaining governance and controlling tools, overseeing cost tracking and reporting, and coordinating clear, effective communication across the program. This position offers a strong opportunity for growth within a dynamic project environment.
Support Program Lead with related administrative and organizational tasks, controlling tools, cost reporting, communication actions within the program.
Responsibilities:

Collection of inputs required for meetings/presentations;

Support PM with tracking the timeline and budget of the projects;

Facilitate communication within the project/program;

Setup and maintain Communication Channels (Email, Confluence, Bosch Connect etc.);

Maintain Program/Project Confluence page;

Consolidate outcomes and feedbacks of the meetings/workshops;

Organize and support with preparation of meetings;

Send out Outlook/Ms Teams invitations/Channel to various project/program meetings;

Distribute relevant information within the team (also transfer open points to project/program OPL);

Collect the input from speakers (e.g. collecting and preparing the requests, presentations, …);

Store project documentation on project SharePoint/Confluence and link to the QG checklist;

Follow up and send reminders in order to get on time missing feedbacks.
