Support the recruitment processes, including聽job description, job posting and selection criteria;

Conduct the overall recruitment process from candidate鈥檚 sourcing, screening calls, schedule and conduct interviews, supporting and advising the manager throughout the process;

Be the point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a positive candidate experience;

Support in personal marketing initiatives, such as job fairs, conferences, and other tech and recruitment events;

Support the onboarding of new associates in the company;

Actively assist in the implementation of HR policies and tools & participate in HR team topics;

Provide support to HR projects;

Support HR analytics, namely monthly & quarterly reporting, and business intelligence topics;

Support in the administrative management of employee processes;

Support in training management.
