As Senior Business Controller for the Polish market, you will take a leading role in steering financial performance for the BMW and MINI brands within one of the key markets in聽the聽Central and Southeastern European region.聽聽

You will act as a trusted partner to local management and Regional Headquarters, ensuring transparency, financial聽discipline,聽and forward-looking performance management. The role combines strategic perspective with operational depth and offers strong visibility within the聽local and聽regional organization.
聽
You will belong to the international Controlling team mostly located in Salzburg (Regional Headquarter) while your main office location is in Warsaw at the BMW Group National Sales Company. Due to a cross-border team set-up you will be working in a matrix structure having the disciplinary Line Manger in Salzburg and an In-company Manager in Warsaw.

Acting as senior finance business partner to the local management team for the聽BMW聽and聽MINI聽brands in Poland.聽

Challenging聽management on business activities and聽ensuring聽that聽informed, data driven,聽decisions are made to maximize profitability.聽

Preparing and presenting financial analyses and performance reports to local management and Regional Headquarters.聽

Supporting and steering the month-end closing process related to contribution margin and cost of retail, in cooperation with Accounting and RHQ, including ownership of provisions.聽

Analyze various financial KPIs at month end closing and present the outcome聽and your recommendations聽to local management and聽RHQ.聽

Analyzing sales campaigns and incentive schemes from a financial and performance perspective.聽

Ensure聽timely聽and聽accurate聽bonus and sales allowance聽payments to the聽BMW dealer聽network.聽

**What should聽you聽bring along?聽**聽

University degree in Finance, Business聽Administration,聽or a comparable field (Master鈥檚聽degree preferred).聽

Several years (7-10 yrs) of professional experience in Finance or Controlling, ideally within an international automotive (or similar sector) organization.

Strong analytical mindset, able to assimilate complex information in a fast-paced environment.聽

Effective communicator and relationship builder with the ability to deliver commercial and operational messages while influencing stakeholders from across the business.聽

A flexible approach,聽being聽adaptable聽to changing situations and a good team player.聽

Advanced MS Excel聽& MS Copilot skills;聽experience with SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC),聽Tableau聽or comparable BI tools聽is聽an advantage.聽Affinity for digitalization and openness to聽new technologies, including generative and agentic AI.聽

Fluency in English; Polish and/or German language skills are beneficial.聽
