About the role:

Support logistics workstreams within supply chain transformation projects, contributing to deliverables and milestones in alignment with the overall project plan.

Apply your background in logistics—preferably within the life sciences or another heavily regulated industry—to provide hands-on consultancy support tailored to the client’s specific logistics context and needs.

Contribute to supply chain and logistics transformation initiatives that aim to improve efficiency, service levels, cost performance, and innovation.

Prepare and support client workshops to identify logistics challenges, requirements, and improvement opportunities, helping shape suitable solutions for the client’s logistics setup.

Collect, structure, and analyze relevant data and information, while keeping an eye on the broader context and ensuring key stakeholders are involved and informed.

Support the design and documentation of the transformation approach and playbook together with the client, covering process, system, tool, and organizational aspects.

Provide support during the implementation phase, helping ensure changes are introduced in a structured and coordinated way.

Actively contribute alongside the client during implementation activities, supporting the rollout of new processes and ways of working.

Support the follow-up of project activities within your scope, contributing to high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

Support change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts by helping translate new ways of working into daily operations.

Travel regularly to client sites to support project delivery, workshops, and implementation activities.

About you
-
You have prior experience with logistic processes, systems, tools and organizations (ERP, WMS, TMS & Network Design-tools).

Any exposure to life science and/or other highly regulated industries, providing you with a thorough understanding of the specific challenges and complexities in these supply chains is a big plus.

You hold a master’s degree in engineering or economics. An MBA is a plus.

You have at least 3 years of experience in supply chain & operations – specifically logistics, from which at least 2 years in consulting or in project management.

You’re a team player. Your team’s goal is to deliver transformation, drive growth, identify efficiencies, reduce costs and spark innovation.

You have a hands-on mentality and get energy out of being at the customer site, right in the heart of their operations.

You show a willingness to travel globally and to work in a hybrid working model.

You have a valid driver’s license or will obtain this in the next 6 months.
