Team and Responsibilities
Build International Structures. Enable Global Growth. Ensure Compliance. Our growth does not stop at national borders — and this is where you come in.
As HR Manager International, you take responsibility for building and further developing our HR structures in new countries. You create the foundation that enables international growth to be compliant, scalable, and operationally sound.
You don’t just think in individual countries — you think in sustainable international structures. Together with People & Culture and Finance, you ensure that our global HR processes are consistent, compliant, and built for growth.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
International HR Setup- You build international HR structures from the ground up and develop sustainable setups for new countries — from selecting the right model (e.g., internal entity or Employer of Record) to operational implementation.
- You manage external partners such as tax advisors, payroll providers, and lawyers, ensuring that employment contracts, HR documentation, and payroll processes are legally compliant and properly implemented.
- You establish local payroll processes, coordinate registrations with authorities, apply for company registration numbers, and ensure compliance with labor and social security regulations.
- You review country-specific insurance requirements and benefits and implement appropriate solutions for our local employees.
HR Administration & Operations- You take responsibility for administrative HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle — from onboarding to offboarding — and actively contribute to daily operations.
- You act as deputy in payroll and ensure smooth and reliable processing.
- You serve as a trusted contact for employees on administrative HR matters, ensuring clarity and reliability in day-to-day operations.
Projects & Recruiting- You independently lead HR projects — from digitalization and process optimization to building scalable international structures.
- You support recruiting activities when needed and actively contribute to international talent growth.
Your profile
- You bring 5–7 years of HR experience and have actively built or played a key role in setting up international HR structures — from concept to operational implementation.
- You hold a formal HR qualification (e.g., Swiss-certified HR Specialist) or a comparable professional certification.
- You work in a structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented way and maintain clarity even in complex international contexts.
- You take ownership, work hands-on, and feel confident both in project environments and daily operational HR work.
- You interact confidently and assertively with external partners such as tax advisors, payroll providers, and legal counsel.
- You communicate clearly and professionally — internally and externally, in both German and English.
