We are looking for a Global Graduate (m/f/d) - People & Culture to join our global team, with a strong focus on Employer Branding & Digital Transformation.
At BEUMER Group, we believe that attracting the right talent starts with creating meaningful, authentic and future-ready experiences. As part of our Global Graduate Program, you will help redefine how we connect with the next generation of talent in a digital and AI-driven world.
Over the course of 24 months, including international assignments, you will work across regions and functions to shape our global Employer Branding strategy and explore how digital and AI-enabled solutions can enhance human-centered People & Culture work.
Your Impact
In this role, you will not just execute - you will co-create, challenge and shape:
- Drive Global Employer Branding
Co-develop and evolve our global Employer Value Proposition (EVP), ensuring authenticity, consistency and cultural relevance across regions. - Understand Tomorrow’s Talent
Analyze target groups (e.g. early careers, tech talents, Gen Z) and translate insights into forward-looking attraction strategies. - Bridge People & Technology
Identify and evaluate digital and AI trends in People & Culture - and turn them into responsible, high-impact use cases. - Enable Global Consistency with Local Flexibility
Co-create frameworks, playbooks and initiatives (e.g. brand ambassador programs, university relations) that empower local teams worldwide. - Collaborate Across Borders
Work closely with People & Culture, Marketing and business stakeholders in an international, cross-functional environment.
Your Profile
You bring both analytical depth and creative curiosity:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Business, Social Sciences, Communication, Digital Transformation or similar
- Strong interest in Employer Branding, digitalization and AI in People & Culture
- A critical and reflective mindset when it comes to technology and ethics
- Ability to think conceptually and systemically, beyond tools and trends
- High curiosity, learning agility and the confidence to challenge ideas constructively
- Intercultural openness and willingness to work internationally
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Very good English skills; German is a plus, not a must
