Scope: Italy + Eastern Europe (approx. 70 employees/business consultant)
Role purpose
The HR Business Partner has full HR ownership for the assigned countries, covering all local people topics: legal compliance, payroll & administration, talent agenda, employee relations, culture, engagement, and DE&I.
The role translates Group and regional HR priorities into effective local execution and provides real-time country insights back to regional and global HR leadership.

Key responsibilities

Lead and execute local change and transformation initiatives, ensuring clear communication, employee engagement, and alignment with global strategy.

Ensure full compliance with local labor law and Group HR policies; oversee payroll and administrative accuracy.

Act as a trusted advisor to local leadership, providing workforce analytics, talent insights, and HR solutions aligned with business needs.

Champion Group culture, engagement, and DE&I agenda locally, adapting global programs to the local context and ensuring people readiness.

Support a constructive employee relations climate.

Coordinate workplace and facility-related topics in partnership with Office Management, ensuring a safe, compliant, and engaging work environment.

Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, performance, and disciplinary matters, when required.
