Durch die Zusammenführung des BD‑Biosciences‑ und Diagnostic‑Solutions‑Geschäfts mit der Waters Corporation (NYSE: WAT) richten sich Bewerbungen für diese Position nun direkt an Waters.

Als Field Service Engineer Biosciences (m/w/d) in der Region Berlin sind Sie für die Installation, Wartung und Reparatur unserer hochmodernen biowissenschaftlichen Geräte bei unseren Kunden vor Ort verantwortlich. Sie gewährleisten die optimale Funktionalität und die Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

- Durchführung von Installationen, Wartungen und Reparaturen an biowissenschaftlichen Instrumenten und Systemen (Durchflusszytometrie-Systeme und Probenvorbereitungs- Syteme) bei Kunden in der Region Berlin.
- Fehlerdiagnose und -behebung bei technischen Problemen sowohl vor Ort als auch remote.

- Kalibrierung und Validierung von Geräten gemäß den Herstellervorgaben und Qualitätsstandards.
- Einweisung und Schulung der Kunden in die Bedienung und Wartung der Geräte.
- Erstellung und Pflege detaillierter Serviceberichte und Dokumentationen.
- Bestellung und Verwaltung von Ersatzteilen und Verbrauchsmaterialien.
- Bereitschaft zur Reisetätigkeit innerhalb der Region Berlin und angrenzender Gebiete.
- Aktive Kommunikation mit Kunden, dem Vertrieb und dem internen Support-Team.
- Einhaltung relevanter Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards.

Bevorzugte Anforderungen:  

- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z.B. als staatlich geprüfter Techniker, Mechatroniker, Elektroniker) oder ein Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Medizintechnik, Biotechnologie oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
- Nachweisliche Erfahrung im Bereich Field Service oder technischem Support, idealerweise mit biowissenschaftlichen Geräten.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, Mechanik, Computer und Vernetzung,

- Erfahrung mit Diagnosesoftware und der Fehlersuche an komplexen Systemen.
- Ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und analytisches Denkvermögen.
- Hohe Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke.
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Führerschein der Klasse B.
- Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten und Notdiensteinsätzen bei Bedarf.

- Hilfsbereitschaft, effiziente Selbstorganisation sowie ein hohes Maß an sozialer Kompetenz
