What will you do?

Supervisar el cumplimiento de normas de higiene, seguridad sanitaria y alimentaria, incluyendo APPCC/HACCP y buenas pr谩cticas de manipulaci贸n.

Implementar y monitorear programas de prevenci贸n y control de riesgos sanitarios, proponiendo y supervisando acciones correctivas y preventivas.

Realizar auditor铆as internas en cocinas, almacenes, 谩reas de servicio y zonas comunes para verificar condiciones higi茅nico-sanitarias.

Controlar la calidad del agua: an谩lisis de agua de consumo humano, piscina, aplicaci贸n de planes de prevenci贸n de Legionela.

Capacitar y sensibilizar al personal en higiene, seguridad alimentaria y buenas pr谩cticas operativas.

Elaborar informes y mantener la documentaci贸n sanitaria actualizada, preparando el hotel para inspecciones y auditor铆as externas.
What are we looking for?

Experiencia m铆nima de 2 a帽os en posiciones similares dentro de hoteles, restaurantes, catering, industria alimentaria o empresas de control sanitario.

Formaci贸n universitaria o t茅cnica en Ingenier铆a en Alimentos, Seguridad e Higiene, Microbiolog铆a, Nutrici贸n, Sanidad Ambiental o carreras afines.

Conocimiento comprobado en normativa sanitaria local y buenas pr谩cticas de manipulaci贸n.

Debe destacar por atenci贸n al detalle, liderazgo operativo, trabajo en equipo y resoluci贸n eficaz de problemas y toma de decisiones.
