Gestionar check-in y check-out de manera eficiente.

Controlar los no-shows, late check-out y early check-in.
Responder consulta presenciales, telef贸nicas y por correo con rapidez y precisi贸n.
Funciones de conserjer铆a y consigna.
Resolver incidencias con actitud proactiva y orientada al cliente.
Ofrecer recomendaciones locales.
What are we looking for?
Experiencia: m铆nimo 2 a帽os en atenci贸n al cliente en sector Hotelero. Preferible en Recepci贸n.
Valorable formaci贸n espec铆fica en Recepci贸n/Front Office.
Idiomas: ingl茅s alto (B2 o superior), valorable otros idiomas.
Se valorar谩n conocimientos en: ofim谩tica (OPERA), hosteler铆a, CRM, normativa ISO.
Trabajo en equipo y coordinaci贸n interdepartamental.
Rigurosidad en caja, facturaci贸n y datos.
Turnos rotativos.
