Your Mission
Administrative tasks:
You will handle all administrative tasks reliably and efficiently, from creating, maintaining, and reviewing insurance documents to preparing and executing contract renewals.
Focus on quality:
You will continuously monitor processes and ensure that our high quality standards are met at all times.
Eye for detail:
Data maintenance/updating of our internal IT tools and system maintenance.
Increase efficiency:
You will analyze existing processes, identify optimization potential, and implement measures to improve processes.
Teamwork:
You will work closely with our broker managers to ensure optimal support for our brokers.
Interface in day-to-day business:
Processing customer inquiries, if necessary, in coordination with specialist departments
Engaging and managing pre-acquired broker and distribution partners within large-scale broker networks.
Oversight of payment cycles and reminder management.
Your Profile
Minimum requirements for the role
Professional Experience
Completed vocational training (kaufmännische Ausbildung) or a Bachelor’s degree.
First professional exposure through internships, working student roles, or entry-level positions in an administrative or office environment.
A strong interest in the insurance/financial sector and a willingness to learn.
Technical & Practical Skills
Professional verbal and written communication skills to handle inquiries from partners and internal departments.
A high degree of precision when maintaining databases and checking legal or financial documents.
Soft Skills
You are thorough and take pride in the accuracy of your work; spotting errors before they become problems.
You are dependable in managing recurring tasks and meeting deadlines without constant supervision.
You don’t just execute tasks; you think about how to make your work more efficient and suggest improvements.
You enjoy supporting others (like the Broker Managers) and thrive in a collaborative environment.
You can prioritize multiple small tasks during busy periods (e.g., during contract renewal seasons) and stay structured.
Language Skills
German: business fluent / native
English: business fluent
Requirements that give you an edge
Proficiency in MS Office/ Google Workspace and the ability to quickly learn internal IT systems.
Comfort and experience handling payment-related tasks, such as tracking payment cycles and managing reminders.
