Role Overview

We are looking for an innovative colleague to help shape the future of insurance and financial services through technology and creativity. Maybe you have one-two years of experience after studying and looking for a competitive environment to accelerate your career.  

The Transformation Specialist will join “Productivity Solutions & Innovation” - a global team of 200+ technology enthusiasts, transformation specialists, AI experts, process engineers, and data scientists - supporting clients through AI and technology adoption programs and project/product management. Most of us have a consulting background and love helping clients transform their business with technology and scalable solutions.  

 

What you do

• AI adoption programs and client solution delivery 
• Develop and deliver innovative technology-based solutions aligned with the client's strategy and processes.
• Build up Allianz Services’ AI and tech footprint within Allianz Group while helping Operating Entities adopt AI and transform operations
• Run large-scale AI adoption programs, including enablement and AI/automation implementation projects.  
• Upskill the global workforce in proficient use of AI and other productivity tools.
• Support clients through critical business changes and complex issues. 
• Advisory and project management
• Provide clients with objective advisory services and and high quality service delivery.
• Understand clients' businesses, industries, regulatory environments, and markets.
• Manage projects with varying levels of complexity using existing methods, processes, and tools.
• Manage and coordinate stakeholders and build a project communication structure. 

What you bring

• You use ChatGPT or similar tools for pretty much anything in daily life .
• You like challenging work and know how to get stuff done.
• You enjoy talking to both AIs and humans, e.g. solid prompting AND strong communication skills.  
• Experience with tools like Zapier, PowerAutomate, n8n etc. and the ability to conceptualize business pain-points or existing processes as automated (agentic) AI workflows.
• A good understanding of terms like Agentic AI, LLMs, process automation, machine learning, data analytics, process mining etc. – both technically and conceptually – and you were voice-pilled before it was a thing.
• A customer-focused, consultant-like mindset and solid project management skills – maybe you have even worked on an IT implementation project.  
• Experience with or interested in running large change management and technology adoption programs, training and awareness sessions etc. and love to get practical and hands-on.
• You are charismatic and capable of delivering engaging presentations, translating complex concepts into compelling and easy-to-understand ideas to senior stakeholders and larger audiences.  
• You have considered or even tried forces with entrepreneurship, and dream of becoming a successful founder one day.
• Proficient technical foundation – maybe you have studied computer/data science. Ideally, you have some coding and cloud experience and know how to put together a basic cloud-based app. E.g. Higher education degree in computer/data science, business administration, economics, IT, or comparable education (we also have Psychology and Comms. Majors in our fold, so fear not!)
• Relevant work experience in the insurance and/or consultancy business is a plus.
• Experience working in an international environment (English is a must).
• We highly welcome candidates with a genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), as these attributes are considered valuable assets to our team.
