We are looking for a Senior Account Manager Distribution for Italy and Southern Europe Region based in Milano.

聽AGCS has a long-standing tradition of supporting the property and business interruption (PDBI) insurance solutions in all kinds of industries, from upper middle market clients to large corporates. Our team has many years of practical experience of leading the largest PDBI risks in the Italy market with international insurance programs.
The Impact You Will Have
based in Milan and reporting to the Head of Agcs Distribution, you will be in charge of managing the relationship with the Broker and you will develop the portfolio with the acquisition of new Risks of all Lines of Business in a profitable way.聽
With strong ties to the Group, you will also聽support the Southern Europe Region, including entry point for Commercial and Specialty business from T眉rkiye, Greece, Cyprus to ensure the successful achievement of the Allianz Commercial targets. You will collaborate with the Underwriting Structure to get the best solutions for the Clients.
Some of your specific responsibilities will include:
Deal with the Brokers for acquiring new business and developing the portfolio
To be a reference point for public tenders for Large Corporate & Specialty business
Get the goals assigned to drive the achievement of financial targets
Monitoring the existing portfolio trying to maintain it
Work closely with Underwriting Team to achieve the goals assigned
Cross selling activity Collaborate with the Operation Structure to guarantee the best service to the Broker Attention to the new business and retention of the existing one

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience聽
Master's degree in Law or Economics or equivalent
Proven experience (e.g. 3-5 years) in Insurance Sales Structure dedicated to Brokers or in Brokers Sales Structure
Leadership skills Knowledge of the Market regarding Upper Middle and Large Corporate Clients
Ability to deal with the Brokers, including the Global Ones Ideally experience in driving selling projects
Entrepreneurial mindset Strong communication skills
Able to work in an international organization
Availability to travels
Fluent in Italian and聽English (both written and spoken)
Very good knowledge in Office 365 and other collaborative tools;
Basic knowledge of data reporting
