**Key responsibilities / You will get to: **
As a Consultant with a focus on AI Transformation, you will support Allianz entities in leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI (GenAI) to drive business value, efficiency, and innovation:

Drive AI and GenAI transformation initiatives across Allianz Consulting, including use case identification, solution development, capability assessments, and implementation support

Defining AI strategy, AI-enabled target operating models, governance concepts, and adoption roadmaps in line with regulatory and ethical requirements
-
Contribute to the analysis of business processes cross-functional for the Practice Areas Life & Asset Management, Operations & Productivity and ESG & Sustainability to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation, augmentation, and decision support

Research emerging AI technologies, platforms, and industry trends, translating them into practical insights and recommendations for internal clients

Support the preparation of client-ready presentations, workshops, and reports on AI strategy, AI use cases, and transformation progress

Apply AI and GenAI tools in daily work (e.g., research, analysis, documentation, presentations) to increase efficiency and quality

Support project management activities such as workplan structuring, milestone tracking, stakeholder communication, and status reporting

Actively participate in internal AI communities, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and innovation activities within Allianz Consulting

Support the development of training materials for new AI tools or technologies to enable faster adoption across consultants

Gradually take ownership of defined workstreams or AI-related topics as your experience grows

Key requirements / What we hope you bring:

Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and data-driven transformation, ideally supported by academic focus, certifications, or practical exposure

Basic understanding of AI concepts, frameworks, and lifecycle (e.g., use case development, model lifecycle, governance, ethics, and risk)

Curiosity and willingness to actively use AI and GenAI tools in everyday work and learn new technologies quickly
-
Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to structure complex problems and derive clear insights
-
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse stakeholders and project team members
-
Enthusiasm for working in a diverse, international, and collaborative consulting environment
-
Very good command of English (written and spoken); German or additional languages are a strong plus
-
Solid skills in PowerPoint and Excel (structured storytelling, data analysis, basic to intermediate functions)

Interest in insurance, financial services, and modern consulting methodologies
International experience or exposure to global, cross-cultural environments is a plus.
