The role
A strategic Mixed Methods User Researcher based in Berlin, responsible for driving end-to-end research for our digital products. You will merge deep qualitative insights with robust quantitative data to directly influence product roadmaps, moving beyond one-off studies to establish continuous discovery loops across the organization.
We Are Looking for an Individual Who Can:

Design and execute both qualitative (interviews, usability testing) and quantitative research (complex survey design, behavioral analytics).

Own the entire research lifecycle independently, from scoping and recruiting to synthesis and actionable reporting.

Leverage modern AI tools for research operations (e.g., data synthesis, transcription, pattern detection, machine readable reporting) to accelerate timelines.

Translate complex, multi-source data into compelling stories and strategic recommendations for Product, Design, Marketing and Engineering teams, among others.

Conduct localized, nuanced user research in native German while collaborating seamlessly with global teams in fluent English.
