The Customer Service Representative is a dynamic and detail-oriented role responsible for managing the complete client lifecycle for our main customer base in Germany. In addition to standard customer service tasks, you will provide specialized product advice within the workwear and teamsports segments and support customers with machine lines and spare parts inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
This is a hybrid-working role with three days per week in our Wroclaw office.

Manage the complete client lifecycle and act as the primary point of contact for inquiries from the German market.

Provide expert advice to customers in the workwear and teamsports segments regarding product selection and applications.

Support our customers with technical advice concerning machine lines and the identification of necessary spare parts.

Partner with Commercial, Design and Tech Sales teams to create custom account presentations and develop product opportunities.

Receive, validate, and process client sample and production orders while proactively resolving quality issues.
