We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and highly structured leader to head the Business Management domain within the Product & Development (P&D) business area, specifically within Product Delivery & Quality division.
In this role, you will ensure the P&D organisation operates smoothly, transparently, and in alignment with strategic and financial priorities.
You will lead a domain encompassing Financial Planning, Quarterly Product Planning (or also known as QBR), Reporting, and Communications – while personally driving key strategic, organisational, and leadership initiatives.
This role requires strong business acumen, willingness to drive the change providing input, excellent communication skills, and the ability to partner effectively across senior leadership, technology teams, Controlling, HR, Corporate Communications, Vendor Management, and other business functions.
Your key tasks

Drive P&D business strategy and ensure alignment across all divisions

Coordinate organisational design, workforce planning, and leadership offsites

Own processes around positions approvals, external workforce approvals, data access governance, and support organisational changes

Oversee financial planning across P&D organisation, including APC, budgeting, forecasting, and TPR/TSR preparation and partner with Controlling to ensure consistent financial governance and reporting in order to support divisional leaders in financial steering

Own and evolve the PMO service for P&D business area

Ensure data quality, consistency, and alignment with respect to capacity, demand, and budget

Act as escalation point for prioritisation and planning conflicts or inconsistencies

Define, evolve, and prioritise the P&D reporting landscape

Ensure clear, reliable insights are available for senior leadership decision making

Own P&D-wide communication strategy, including newsletters, Business Talks, and town-halls

Ensure P&D newsletters are issued timely, are engaging, and aligned with Corporate Communications

Lead and coach your team, fostering collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement

Define expectations, operating rhythms, and capability development across the Business Management organisation
