Your mission
As part of our demo & test team in the field you will ensure that our products work under real operational conditions. Your objective is to deploy, integrate and continuously improve drone and counter-drone capabilities directly in the field. You will act as the technical backbone of demonstrations, trials and early deployments - turning field experience into measurable system improvements.
Your responsibilities

Deploy and integrate sensors, effectors and software components on vehicles and field setups

Plan, prepare and execute live demonstrations and technical trials

Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues under time pressure

Tune tracking, detection and control parameters in operational environments
-
Collect logs, performance data and structured technical feedback
-
Support rapid iteration cycles between field testing and engineering teams

Contribute to system robustness and reliability improvements

Support training of operators and technical users
-
Continuously optimize the preparation procedures and the flow of the demos
Your profile
-
Degree in robotics, mechatronics, electrical engineering, embedded systems or similar
-
Experience with real-world system integration (robotics, UAVs, automotive,defenceor industrial systems)

Strong hands-on engineering mindset

Comfortable working outdoors and in challenging environments

Ability to troubleshoot independently and take ownership

Pragmatic approach : deliver working solutions first,optimise later

Willingness to travel frequently and support field deployments

Good English skills; German is a plus

Ideally located in Munich
