Your mission

You will ensure that our systems work under real operational conditions. 
Your objective is to deploy, integrate and continuously improve drone and counter-drone capabilities directly in the field. 
You will act as the technical backbone of demonstrations, trials and early deployments -  turning field experience into measurable system improvements. 
 
Your responsibilities 

• Deploy and integrate sensors, effectors and software components on vehicles and field setups
• Prepare and execute live demonstrations and technical trials
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues under time pressure
• Tune tracking,detection and control parameters in operational environments
• Collect logs, performance data and structured technical feedback
• Support rapid iteration cycles between field testing and engineering teams
• Contribute to system robustness and reliability improvements
• Support training of operators and technical users

Your profile

• Degree in robotics, mechatronics, electrical engineering, embedded systems or similar
• Experience with real-world system integration (robotics, UAVs, automotive,defenceor industrial systems)
• Strong hands-on engineering mindset
• Comfortable working outdoors and in challenging environments
• Ability to troubleshoot independently and take ownership
• Pragmatic approach : deliver working solutions first,optimise later
• Willingness to travel frequently and support field deployments
• Good English skills; German is a plus
• Ideally located in Munich
