We are looking for a hands-on, business-savvy Senior HR Location Specialist who acts as a trusted partner to the HR Lead and plays a key role in shaping the local HR agenda. This position combines strong on-site operational ownership with strategic HR involvement — ideal for a senior HR professional who enjoys being close to employees, supporting leaders, and driving impactful people initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Location HR Operations
- Serve as a main HR contact for all on‑site employees.
- Manage day‑to‑day HR matters and ad‑hoc employee requests.
- Maintain strong employee communication and foster a positive local HR experience
Strategic & Advisory Support
- Act as the deputy to the HR Lead; support strategic HR planning and execution.
- Drive location‑level adaptation of global, country, and BU HR initiatives.
- Partner with managers to improve organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
HR Governance & Improvement
- Ensure HR documentation and processes meet legal and company standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR tools, processes, and reporting.
- Support change management and continuous improvement projects.
