As a Global HR Business Partner (m/f/d), you are part of the AUMOVIO Business Area User Experience Human Relations team. Your responsibilities include the following tasks:

Participation in strategic HR projects, including the implementation of defined measures

Support and advice for managers within the assigned area of responsibility

Management of core HR processes such as talent management, compensation management, grading, recruitment and organizational development

Execution of recruitment activities within the designated area of responsibility

Conducting job evaluations and classifications as well as implementing compensation changes in accordance with company policies

Planning, execution and support of the entire personnel development process

Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
