Introduction
In your role as Global Head of Sales & Marketing, you are accountable for attocube’s global sales and marketing strategy. You oversee the three business units - Motion & Sensing, Cryogenic Instruments, and Nanoscale Analytics - and play a key role in driving the transition from academic research to industrial applications.Your Responsibilities and Duties
- Development and execution of an international sales and marketing strategy with a strong focus on scientific and industrial markets
- Building and maintaining relationships with academic decision-makers and supporting the sales team in key strategic projects
- Identification and scaling of technologies with high industrialization potential and establishment of strategic industry partnerships
- Leadership and continuous development of the international sales and marketing team, including the introduction of clear structures and KPIs
- Full responsibility for marketing strategy, brand visibility, brand positioning, and event management
- Market and competitive analysis, derivation of strategic initiatives, and regular management reporting
- Budget, revenue, and P&L responsibility to ensure sustainable growth
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Completed degree in a natural science or engineering discipline (PhD preferred)
- Several years of international leadership experience in sales or marketing of high‑tech products
- Experience working with academic customers and an understanding of scientific decision‑making processes
- Strong strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, with excellent executive‑level communication skills
- Fluent business English, German is an advantage
- Willingness to travel internationally
