In this role, you aren’t just a passenger; you are an architect-in-training. You will act as a key collaborator for Atlean.AI . You will help us shape how AI-driven HR solutions are designed, tested, and delivered, ensuring that our automation "engine" runs smoothly for both our internal teams and our global clients.
What You’ll Do:

Shadow client sessions and internal strategy meetings for Atlean AI to document business processes and identify "pain points" where automation can replace manual effort.

Create visual process maps to document "as-is" vs. "to-be" workflows, specifically focusing on how AI can streamline recruitment and HR operations.

Help configure and test low-code/no-code automation tools and engineer AI prompts under the guidance of senior leads to power the Atlean AI ecosystem.

Maintain project trackers, update technical briefs, and ensure all requirements for Atlean AI features are clearly documented for the development team.

Lead the "first-look" testing on delivered solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and solve the original business problem before they go live.

Assist in gathering status updates from the operations team to keep project timelines accurate and stakeholders informed.
Requirements

Degree in Management, Industrial Management Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field.

A strong interest in AI (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) and automation platforms (Zapier, Make, or similar).

You enjoy breaking down a big problem into small, logical steps.

You are the person who catches the small errors in a spreadsheet or a technical brief.

Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
