To enhance its Team, Artemest is looking for an energetic and empathic Talent Acquisition Intern who will support the company’s growth, by attracting and recruiting enthusiastic talents and assisting the People & Culture Team with development programs and internal initiatives.
What will be your key responsibilities?

Creation and implementation of Employer Branding strategies to attract and engage talented candidates through both online and offline channels (e.g. career pages, social media, recruiting days, etc.).

Collection of the business needs in order to write clear and appealing job descriptions.

Job Posting on major Job platforms and university portals.

CV screening through out Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Call-interviews and in-person interviews with Hiring Managers

Ensure the best candidate experience, taking care of the communication with candidates through all the recruiting steps

Support in other exciting HR Projects suche as Internal Communication initiatives or Corporate Events
