Gathering, analysing and assessing business needs and users’ requirements

Translating business requirements into optimal technical solutions

Ensuring that proposed solutions are in line with business requirements and architecture design

Presenting proposed technical solutions to different types of audience
Supporting ServiceNow platform project management:

Supervising implementation of organizational wide service management capabilities based on ServiceNow

Supervising ServiceNow development and improvement projects in close cooperation with ServiceNow Architect and ServiceNow Developers
ServiceNow platform improvements:

Providing recommendations to business requirements and technical designs

Supporting ServiceNow Architect and ServiceNow Developers in designing of solution architecture and development

Supporting other teams in risk management, disaster recovery, security management, etc.

Maintaining up to date solution documentation including technical documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user manuals, knowledge base articles etc.
