To strengthen its sales department, ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Account Manager with a strong track record working with European Agencies and organisations relying on funding from the European Institutions.
In this role, you will drive business expansion across EU Agencies and EC-funded programs, leveraging ARHS Group’s technological expertise, delivery excellence, and long-standing presence in the EU institutions ecosystem.
You will be responsible for a defined subset of the EU institutional market and will play a key role in shaping and executing ARHS Group’s strategic account plans for Agencies, Directorates, and executive bodies operating under European Commission funding frameworks.
Role & Responsibilities
Strategic Sales & Account Development

Develop new business opportunities for ARHS Group within EU Agencies and bodies relying on EC funding, including but not limited to HaDEA, CINEA, EISMEA, ECDC, ECHA, EUIPO, Frontex, and others.

Actively contribute to the strategic growth plan for ARHS’s EU institutional market, identifying high-potential programmes aligned with digital transformation, cloud adoption, data management, cyber security, and emerging technologies.

Drive and execute sales plans under existing and future framework contracts, ensuring strong connection with European Commission funding cycles (e.g., MFF, Horizon Europe, ISA² successors, DIGITAL Europe Programme).
Account Planning & Forecasting

Lead the development of the ARHS account plan for the assigned Agencies, ensuring accurate forecasting, structured reporting, and continual pipeline growth.

Identify opportunities arising from annual or multiannual Work Programmes, procurement forecasts, and EC budget lines relevant to EU Agencies.
Business Origination

Originate and qualify leads and opportunities via networking, established relationships, events, social channels, and proactive market intelligence.

Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders, Heads of Unit, Agency operational leaders, procurement officers, and framework contract governance teams.
Sales Execution

Drive the full sales lifecycle: early qualification, need analysis, shaping of opportunities, team coordination, financial structuring, and closure.

Coordinate with ARHS technical leaders and subject matter experts to craft competitive proposals, ensuring alignment with EC ,Agency procurement standards.

Lead or contribute to RFP responses across framework contracts such as DIGIT-TM, DIGIT-TM II, FWC Cloud, FWC Data Management, cybersecurity frameworks, or Agency-specific procurements.
Customer Relationship Management

Secure and nurture long-term commercial relationships within your portfolio of Agencies.

Promote ARHS’s capabilities in modern software engineering, cloud, managed services, data solutions, and digital transformation, ensuring visibility and trust across EU institutions.
Strategic Leadership

Provide strategic direction to ensure revenue growth, profitability, and high client satisfaction.

Represent ARHS in key Agency events, info sessions, industry days, and EC-driven consultations related to upcoming procurements.
