Administer, maintain, and optimize Microsoft SCCM (Endpoint Configuration Manager) environments across on-premise and cloud-based infrastructures.

Deploy, upgrade, and manage patching solutions to ensure systems remain secure, compliant, and up to date.

Manage and execute monthly patching cycles for Windows Server and Workstation environments, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruption.

Design and maintain software distribution processes, including packaging, deployment, and updates of enterprise applications.

Create, configure, and maintain SCCM task sequences for Windows OS imaging and deployment.

Monitor system performance and patch compliance, proactively identifying and resolving issues.

Troubleshoot SCCM-related incidents and provide 2nd line support, coordinating with 3rd line teams where necessary.

Produce regular reporting on patching status, compliance levels, and deployment performance.

Maintain and update technical documentation, procedures, and operational runbooks.

Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with ITIL-based processes (change, configuration, and release management).

Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
