ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for a Junior Administrative Support (m/f) to reinforce our administrative services team in Zaventem.
This role is administrative and centered around contractors contract management. If you enjoy structured work, clear rules, documentation, and making sure everything is correct, on time and compliant, this role is made for you.
THE WORK:

Provide administrative support to the contracts and services department.

Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, including extensions, updates, and follow‑up documentation.

Act as a point of contact for contract-related questions

Prepare, review, update, and archive contractual documents with a strong focus on quality and compliance.

Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of contract records.

Monitor deadlines, renewals, and urgent requests in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Draft and manage professional written communications (emails, confirmations, follow-ups).

Collaborate closely with internal teams while respecting defined processes and priorities.

Ensure consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail across all administrative outputs
The role is based in Zaventem and follows a hybrid working model, combining on-site presence with teleworking, in line with ARHS’ collaboration and operational needs.
