As Workshop Technician you will be dedicated to workshop activities as:
- Vehicle and engine preparation for testing activities:
- Vehicle alignment:
-Checking and aligning wheels on both axes within given tolerances.
- Tyre replacement and balancing.
- Flashing ECU software:
-Downloading and flashing software provided by engineer on Engine ECU using dedicated equipment.
- Vehicle and engine instrumentation for testing activities:
- Prepare and install different types of sensors and data acquisition systems like: thermocouples/pressure sensors/accelerometers /connecting acquisition systems.

TIG/MIG welding and machining skills.

Vehicle evaluation:
Test driving the vehicles to confirm that vehicle behavior after parts replacement.
- Vehicle masking:
Masking of prototype vehicles using foil/ tape based on project standards.
- Transmission:
- Replacing transmissions and clutches.
- Troubleshooting / Diagnosing mechanical or electrical problems:
- Working with repair manuals, wiring diagrams, using Multimeter, oscilloscopes, and Diagnostic tools.
- Stock management for vehicle spare parts and consumables.
