Digital Transformation Project Manager (Finance & Enabling Functions)

We are looking for a Digital Transformation Project Manager who acts as a strategic partner to the business and drives the end鈥憈o鈥慹nd execution of digital initiatives. The role combines strategic advisory responsibilities with hands鈥憃n project management, working closely with stakeholders to shape and deliver digital solutions. The initial focus will be on Finance and Enabling Functions, with opportunities to expand into additional business areas over time based on organizational needs and individual strengths.
What Your Day To Day Will Look Like
Act as a digital transformation partner for Finance and other business functions, focusing on process efficiency, transparency, and scalable solutions.
Translate complex business requirements (incl. finance-related topics) into clear digital use cases and implementation roadmaps.
Collaborate with subject matter experts while maintaining an end鈥憈o鈥慹nd, cross-functional perspective.
Support strategic planning by translating business challenges into technology roadmaps and investment priorities.
Lead鈥痵coping, feasibility analysis, and business case development鈥痜or new initiatives.
Facilitate strategy workshops, stakeholder interviews, and innovation sessions.
Stay current on emerging digital trends and assess their relevance to AOP Health's operations.
Champion change management and digital adoption across functions.
Plan and execute digital projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Develop detailed project plans covering timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
Set up governance structures, define roles/responsibilities, and manage scope changes.
Lead cross-functional project teams (technical, business, vendors) and foster collaboration.
Monitor milestones, budgets, and quality metrics using tools like JIRA, MS Project, or Trello.
Ensure quality assurance, user training, and documentation for seamless handovers.
Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and improvement areas.
Your Qualifications And Experience

Bachelor鈥檚 or Master鈥檚 degree聽in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Business, Digital Transformation, IT, or a related field

5+ years of experience聽in a similar role, such as聽Digital Transformation Lead, IT Business Partner, or Technology Consultant, with a proven record of delivering聽complex and innovative digital solutions

Intellectual curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset - seeking new approaches and challenging the status quo

Customer-focused mindset, able to proactively build bridges and communicate complex technical information in a concise and clear manner

Strong聽stakeholder engagement, change management and leadership skills, with experience leading cross-functional collaboration.

Hands-on experience in project scoping, feasibility studies, and budget planning

Familiarity with聽project management methodologies聽(e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) and governance best practices.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle聽ambiguity and uncertainty聽in a dynamic environment.

Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries is an advantage
