As Market Director, you will be fully accountable for the performance, growth, and culture of the Starbucks brand across Romania and Bulgaria. Acting as a true brand ambassador, you will lead and develop strong teams, deliver world-class operations, be the ambassador of change and drive sustainable sales and profitability while creating exceptional experiences for both our partners and customers.
