Job description

This position is responsible for supporting the production and inspection of medical instruments, implants, baskets, and trays. Responsible for conducting incoming, inter-process, and final inspections as required.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Performs product inspections in accordance with requirements/specifications/protocols and technical drawings and identifies quality defects.
  • Responsible for organizing the team's work and actively monitoring work progress.
  • Assists the team and makes decisions regarding inspected products. Responsible for planning the sequence of team task execution.
  • Supervises control and measurement equipment.
  • Picking, packing, and transferring finished products to the warehouse with appropriate documentation.
  • Issuing quality documentation confirming product compliance and regarding non-conforming products.
  • Archiving production orders and other documents.
  • May approve the first item from serial production.
  • Responsible for blocking non-conforming products in accordance with work instructions.
  • Performing FAI, verifying, and approving FAI reports.
  • Performing other work assigned by the supervisor.
  • Working in accordance with GMP & 5S standards.
  • Maintaining the company's prestige and good name.
  • Adhering to standards that are part of the quality policy.
  • Effectively utilizing entrusted tangible and intangible resources: know-how, equipment, and supplies. raw materials, information, and working hours.
  • Knowledge of internal documents and regulations applicable at the Company and their practical application.
  • Ensuring effective communication within the plant.
  • Compliance with the plant's environmental policy.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (medical or automotive industry preferred)
  • Experience in personnel management
  • Ability to organize one's own work and that of subordinates
  • Ability to communicate, make decisions, and solve problems
  • Computer skills, such as Excel and Word
  • Teamwork skills, responsibility, and commitment
