Reporting to the DVP, BU Manager, the Global Engineering Director drives the strategic development of engineering capabilities, oversees multi disciplinary engineering teams (software, electronics, mechanics, systems), and ensures strong alignment between engineering, R&D, Operations, Product Management, and Service. The Global Engineering Director leads all engineering activities across CAMECA worldwide, ensuring robust product development, engineering excellence, manufacturability, quality, reliability, and lifecycle sustainability of all product lines. The position safeguards the technical competitiveness, industrial robustness, and long term scalability of CAMECA鈥檚 instrument platforms.
