BPMN Platform Operations & Maintenance

Ensure availability and stability of:

Sparx Enterprise Architect

BPMN SQL repositories
-
Maintain synchronisation, import and update scripts for BPMN models and metadata.

Diagnose and resolve incidents affecting modelling, databases or automation pipelines.
BPMN Modelling Data Management
-
Supervise BPMN data quality and consistency (InfoProc, InfoServ, exports, business files).
-
Ensure availability of modelling artefacts for BPMN experts and process owners.
-
Support maintenance of import/export and data preparation tooling.
Factory Integration & Infrastructure
-
Set up and maintain enterprise repository reporting.
-
Support BPMN experts during modelling, quality reviews and impact analyses.
-
Ensure technical consistency for As-Is / To-Be modelling initiatives.
-
Provide expert support during workshops and transformation projects.
Technical Governance & Quality
-
Contribute to structuring choices (ProM, SeM, Parcours, naming conventions).
-
Validate compliance of BPMN models with internal and BPMN standards.
-
Contribute to continuous improvement of scripts, tooling, repositories and governance artefacts.
Factory Evolution
-
Participate in BPMN Factory evolution workshops.
-
Support pipeline improvements (automation, deployments, cloud resources).
-
Take part in technical alignment and roadmap meetings.
