You will co鈥憀ead the end鈥憈o鈥慹nd implementation of this SAP Public Cloud ERP on behalf of the organisation, ensuring the solution delivers robust project management capabilities while remaining aligned with:
You will act as a central coordination point between internal teams, international stakeholders, and the implementation partner, driving a fully integrated ERP transformation and ensuring the delivery of a scalable template that can be reused for future entities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Leadership & Governance

Co鈥憀ead the SAP Public Cloud ERP implementation together with the internal program manager and the system integrator

Act as the key representative of the organisation towards vendors, integrators, and internal stakeholders

Ensure alignment with internal governance, architecture principles, and shared service operating models

Drive the project roadmap, scope definition, planning, and milestone tracking

Facilitate decision鈥憁aking processes and steering committee involvement
2. Fit鈥憈o鈥慡tandard & Template Design

Ensure strong adherence to fit鈥憈o鈥憇tandard SAP Public Cloud principles

Challenge customisation requests constructively and pragmatically

Coordinate the design of a reusable ERP template for future affiliates or entities
3. Stakeholder & Team Management

Coordinate cross鈥慺unctional teams including business, IT, implementation partners, and shared service centres

Engage international stakeholders and bridge cultural and organisational differences

Support process owners in defining standardised, efficient, and scalable business processes
4. Risk, Issue & Dependency Management

Proactively identify risks and define mitigation plans

Monitor interdependencies across legal, financial, operational, data, and integration domains

Ensure high鈥憅uality deliverables, documentation, and traceability
5. Change Management

Support the change and communication strategy related to the new ERP

Prepare impacted users and ensure adoption and smooth transition

Coordinate training activities and cutover readiness
