What You'll Do:
Provide technical support to customers, resolving issues related mainly to software and network systems.
Assist the sales team in identifying customer needs and proposing suitable solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to prepare technical proposals and solutions.
Stay updated with the latest technology trends and products to provide accurate information to customers.
Participate in internal and external training sessions to enhance technical and presales skills.
Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their technical needs are met.
What You Need:
Fluent in Spanish and good level of English.
Basic Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues related to software and network systems.
Customer Service: Strong customer service skills to handle inquiries and provide timely solutions.
Documentation: Ability to document issues and resolutions clearly and accurately.
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of security and cybersecurity principles and practices.
Proven experience in IT support, with a solid understanding of security and cybersecurity solutions.
Technical background with Level 1 support experience in a similar role.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
