Job description
Business Development Manager – Exero
Exero, part of ALSO Group, is an innovative retail services company with a proprietary Category Management Platform.
We are looking for a key figure combining business development with direct product impact, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Responsibilities
- Drive business expansion across European markets
- Manage the full sales cycle (lead generation to closing)
- Build relationships with retailers, vendors, and resellers
- Grow and manage existing clients
- Develop strategic partnerships
- Collaborate with ALSO Group entities to develop retail services business
- Gather market and client insights
- Work with product team to evolve the platform
- Translate business needs into product inputs
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development
- Strong relationship management skills (farming)
- Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset
- Ability to operate across business and product
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in Italian and English
Location & Setup
- Lecco (hybrid)
- Willingness to travel across Europe
