Short Description
The purpose of this position is to drive all business operations within EEA, APAC and CEE enabling sales acceleration and supporting the business development team.
Your main responsibilities:

Managing relationships with external agencies and integrators to optimize sourcing processes and channel efficiency.

Driving the daily execution and strategic scaling of campaigns, ensuring a robust pipeline of deal sourcing and high-velocity promotion participation.

Facilitating daily task execution and acting as the primary point of contact for cross-departmental collaboration.

Coordinating with Advertising and Marketing teams to maximize merchant ad adoption and leverage ATL allocations.

Leveraging internal and external data sources to prioritize account management activities and provide actionable insights.

Bridging communication between sales and category teams to ensure strategic alignment and input exchange.

Executing operational tasks including merchant presentations, event management, and quarterly portfolio reviews.

Managing incentive programs and rebates (such as Diamond Retrobonus and 1F Rebates) to drive merchant GMV.

Driving full adoption and operational reporting of CRM systems to ensure data integrity and performance tracking.
This is the right job for you if:

You have proven ability to manage partners.

You are skilled at acting as a SPOC in different cross-functional teams.
-
You have the ability to leverage internal and external data sources.
-
You have proficiency in executing presentations, events, and quarterly portfolio reviews.

You have strong focus on CRM adoption and operational reporting (Salesforce preferred).

You have background in Account Management or Project Management is highly preferred.

Your language fluency is min. C1 English & Polish.
