As a Senior Business Controller, you will act as a strategic partner, using your analytical mindset and strong business acumen to turn data and insights into impactful recommendations that shape commercial decisions and accelerate growth.

Your main responsibilities:
-Partner with Commerce teams to evaluate and develop business cases for new initiatives, campaigns, services, and investments.

Analyze performance drivers across sales, partners, and customer experience to uncover growth opportunities and efficiency gains.

Support strategic decision-making by translating data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations.

Contribute to the development of strategic and operational plans, helping define priorities and success metrics.

Lead profitability and ROI analyses for commercial projects, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.

Collaborate with finance, analytics, and operations teams to provide fact-based input that enhances decision quality.

Actively engage in the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring financial plans are coherent, realistic, and aligned with business strategy.

Actively support monthly/quarterly/year-end closing processes in cooperation with accounting and Group finance teams (management reporting, provisions, results verification).
This is the right job for you if you have:
-
At least 4 years of experience in financial/business analysis or controlling, ideally in large, dynamic organizations or business advisory/audit firms.

A university degree in Economics, Finance, or Mathematics.

Strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint; experience with SAP and Cognos (or similar BI tools). Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, or Google Data Studio will be an advantage.

The ability to explain financial data clearly and translate analysis into actionable business recommendations.

A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a focus on process improvement and automation.
-
ACCA or CIMA qualifications (a strong advantage).

Strong English communication skills (minimum B2, C1 highly preferred).
