Your main responsibilities:
Managing and developing long-term relationships with a dedicated portfolio of high-value partners (Top Sellers) from China. Manage and execute GMV and activation targets within the portfolio ensuring regular target delivery.
Analyzing partners' performance data to propose optimization strategies, up-sell tools (e.g., Advertisement, logistics), and increase their GMV.
Acting as the main point of contact for solving complex operational issues and ensuring seller satisfaction.
Implementing strategies to prevent churn and ensure high loyalty among key partners.
Actively source products to campaigns and run dedicated operational sprints (e.g., logistics saturation).
Share knowledge and support team goals, actively contributing to a positive team dynamic.
This is the right job for you if:

Have w minimum of 2 years of experience in Account Management, Client Relations,聽 B2B client collaboration.

Experience in the e-commerce industry is a strong plus (very nice to have).
Possesses strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and advice partners on growth
Is a relationship builder with a consultative approach to sales
Fluent in Chinese and English (C1+)
Has excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Able to adapt to changes and learning fast
