**Your Experience and Qualification:聽**
Bachelor鈥檚 Degree in Relevant Field聽
5-7 Years Experience as a UI Designer. User Centered Visual & Interaction Design: Creates intuitive, visually cohesive interfaces that simplify complexity and deliver a seamless user experience.聽聽
Design Systems & Component Thinking: Builds scalable UI components and drives consistency by contributing to robust design system standards. Rapid Prototyping & Iteration: Develops interactive prototypes and refines designs using data, testing, and continuous feedback loops.聽聽
Accessibility & Compliance: Applies accessibility standards and platform guidelines to deliver inclusive, compliant, and聽user friendly聽digital experiences. Technical Fluency & Handoff: Understands front end constraints,聽anticipates聽edge cases, and provides clear specifications to support high quality implementation.聽聽
Strategic Problem Solving & Innovation: Approaches challenges analytically,聽identifies聽improvement opportunities, and聽contributes聽to long term UI strategy and design maturity.
