Contribute to corporate Indirect Purchasing strategy by: Efficiently聽operates聽the P2P process to maximize value-add transactional support possibilities (process compliance, tool usage) through the SSC. Providing high standard services to internal customers (End Users,聽stakeholders on sites聽etc.). Cooperates with other departments in the most effective way to deliver improvements (Sourcing, Accounts Payable etc.). Process purchase requisitions (SAP) and shopping carts (SRM/Ariba) into purchase orders to channel聽聽
operational business聽needs to聽suppliers.聽Claim (complain) management聽
Invoice resolution to enable payment to suppliers before聽due聽date.聽
SAP / SRM聽/ Ariba聽system support, acting as Key聽User鈥漟or聽all purchasing tools related questions聽
Identify聽possible catalogue聽contents and manage existing catalogs聽

**Your Experience and Qualification:聽**
Bachelor聽degree, preferably relevant to Supply Chain / Procurement聽
Some experience working in and/or with Indirect Purchasing. 1+ year experience in an SSC (Shared Service Center) environment聽
Some experience in Customer Service with Fluency in English and German. The daily use of the German language is聽a must. Minimum language level B2聽
Self-confident user of MS Office applications聽
Some experience using SAP/SRM聽and/or any purchasing tool like Ariba聽
