In order to support the TechData Department, Airbus Helicopters is looking for a
Light Twins TechData Workpackage Coordination Manager (d/f/m)Within TechData we produce the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) which is the basis for the helicopter maintenance on operator side. ICA contains mainly the Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM), the Illustrated Parts Catalogue (IPC) as well as the Airworthiness Limitation Section (ALS) and the Master Servicing Manual (MSM) that trigger the maintenance activities.
In the frame of the production TechData is closely cooperating with Design, Support Experts and Certification within Airbus DON, Airbus Spain and with different Subcontractors outside the company.
In the Tech Data Departments of Light Twin Helicopters, we are organised in a matrix organisation set-up. You will be part of the Light Twins Production and Programmes department that is managing the activity in interface to the different departments that produce the Tech Data per ICA manual.
As a Production Manager you are in charge of the assigning and drumbeating TechData work to the different departments who analyse and author the different Tech Data manuals. You will also assist the team in solving of blocking points in order to reach the delivery targets. The assigned work packages integrate the design changes in the ICA for new delivered H/C as well as the existing fleet. You are responsible for organizing and monitoring the work package production and delivering the scheduled tasks in assignment to the teams on time, on quality and on cost.
Your location
At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.

Your tasks and responsibilities
Managing the production plan for the TechData from initialization of technical changes to completion of a revision, the focus will be on the IPC activity management
Managing of work load with regards to capacities of the different squads and leading the Weekly meeting with the Key stakeholders within the different squads in Airbus Donauwörth and Airbus Spain and in interface to our subcontractors.
Desired skills and qualifications
Aerospace Engineering Master Degree (5 years) or comparable
Experience within Support and Services departments, Tech Data experience, e.g. for Illustrated Parts Catalogue, Illustrations, Service Bulletins or Maintenance Manuals
Experience in schedule management, production/project management or transversal management
Digital skills and Customer satisfaction mindset
Strong communication skills
English negotiation level
German negotiation level
Spanish would be a plus
